In this paper, we introduced the notions of a Q-fuzzy sub near rings which is a generalization of fuzzy sub near ring on an fuzzy sub near ring. We give example which are Q-fuzzy ideals but not fuzzy ideals and Qfuzzy ideals. Finally we have characterized Qfuzzy ideals via near –rings.
