Today a number of options are available for transportation like roadways, railways, subway etc. Among these available options, a railway is the most complicated system to study because of the problems that the railway management has to face due to the sudden occurrence of any accident or natural calamity etc. that may lead to the delay of entire network of railways. In this paper we have designed a model to improve the efficiency of railways transportation especially in the times of emergency like any natural calamity.
