A Generalized Fuzzy Soft Set Based Recruiting Method

Abstract

Decision making is very important to deal with many complex problems in various sectors involving imprecise data and uncertainties. Generalized fuzzy soft matrix theory is a powerful tool for decision making. In this paper we defined some new types of generalized fuzzy soft matrices and gave a decision making method based on generalized fuzzy soft matrices.
