Most environment goods and services are not traded in the markets. Mathematicians and Economists have used methods for environment valuation. Hedonic price method is one of those. It considers an object as a bundle of characteristics and then puts value on each and every characteristic. This paper presents methodology of hedonic price method and presents an abstract model of valuation of air quality vis a vis house prices using this method.
