The Additional 1 value between 0 and the marking of 1 seen on the scale is the Digit Real 1 out of the Simple fractions of 1, and the 1 value between the marking of 1 and the fullness of 1 seen on the scale is the Digit Other 1 out of the Mixed fractions of 1. The first hour on the clock lies between 0 o' clock and the marking of 1 on the clock which alone is only with the Simple fractions of 1, while the remaining 11 hours from the marking of 1 are with the Mixed fractions of those hours. '0' in Mathematics stands for the Vacuum Space that was prior to the universe, while all the Digits and Numbers represent the Existing universe. As the Vacuum Space was meaningful concerning the universe as its very beginning state or mother stage, '0' is meaningful in Mathematics. '0' is the mother of all the Digits, and so '0' is not among those digits.
