In this paper, a new type of Matrix called Multi Interval valued Fuzzy Soft Matrix was introduced and studied some of their properties. Also some basic operations on these matrices are also studied. An application of Multi Interval Valued Fuzzy Soft Matrices in Medical diagnosis is illustrated with a numerical example.
