A partial semiring is a structure possessing an infinitary partial addition and a bi- nary multiplication, subject to a set of axioms. The partial functions under disjoint-domain sums and functional composition is a partial semiring. In this paper we introduce the notions of 2(1)- semiprime partial ideal and p2(p1)-system in partial semirings and we obtain some characteristics of 2(1)-semiprime partial ideals.
