The paper presented a nonlinear mathematical model for unemployment using system of dynamic differential equations. This paper analyzed the situation of job competition between native unemployed and new migrant workers. We observed the effect of efforts for creating new vacancies made by government and private sector with delay and without delay as well as efforts of native unemployed and new migrant workers to become self-employed. We studied the stability of equilibrium points and carried out numerical simulation to compare with analytical result.
