In this paper, we define the total degree of a vertex in the Cartesian product of two interval – valued fuzzy graphs (IVFG) and investigate the total regularity of the Cartesian product. In general, the Cartesian product of two totally regular interval – valued fuzzy graphs need not be a totally regular interval – valued fuzzy graph (TRIVFG). The necessary and sufficient conditions for the Cartesian product of two TRIVFGs to be totally regular under some restrictions are obtained.
