In this paper we have introduced Heptagonal Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number (HpIFN) and Symmetric Heptagonal Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number (SHpIFN) with their graphical representations. Some properties of SHpIFN are discussed.These numbers can be applied in solving real life problems which involve seven parameters. The arithmetic operations of HpIFN and SHpIFN and ranking of HpIFN are also proposed with numerical examples.
