Abstract
This paper purports to explain an area of planar graphs in topology. This paper highlights the unique qualities of wheel in connecting with planar graphs. That is, a vehicle rolls smoothly over a surface when the axle is placed at the centre of a circular wheel. This paper is an attempt to study a brief structure in topological wheels
