This paper considers a supply chain inventory model with one vendor and multiple buyers under a vendor managed inventory with consignment stock agreement between the vendor and buyer. The supply lead time between the vendor and the buyer is considered as controllable at a cost. The expected linear demand of each buyer is assumed in which the demand depends on the selling price and lead time. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are used to demonstrate the proposed model with the objective of maximizing total profit.
